Little Rock based artist, Devin Hall, was only 7 years old when his perspective on all things became more lively. Devin is skilled in portraits, wood art, river tables and highly recognized by his epoxy art and flooring where he’s honed two certifications. Devin has aspirations to use his talents to inspire the youth in the community in hopes to create an avenue for more young artists.
